Product Specifications and Compatibility

TWO SOUNDS: This doorbell chime offers a classic two-note "Ding Dong" sound for the front door button, as well as a separate "Dong" connection for the rear or side door. DIMENSIONS: The cover measures 7-1/4" W x 4-1/8" L, while the base is 7" W x 3-7/8" L, with an overall depth of 2". COMPATIBILITY: This chime is designed to work with a 16-volt/10 VA or 16-volt/15 VA transformer (not included). For a compatible transformer, search for "16TR" or "3TRAN".

Please note that this item does not include the doorbell button or the transformer. If you need a complete set, you can search for "CKIT1", which includes a door chime, transformer, and door button. While customers have reported that our wired chimes, including this one, work with video doorbells such as Ring, we cannot guarantee this compatibility. If the chime is not functioning correctly, the issue may or may not be with the chime itself. The problem could lie with the doorbell button, the transformer, or the wiring.
